Common questions
Do I need a card to sign up?+
No. HaboFi is free while it is in beta — there is no card field anywhere and no payment is taken. An email address is all you need.
Will it stay free?+
Probably not forever — market data and hosting cost money. But nothing will start charging silently: a paid plan would be announced well in advance and you would have to actively choose it. What you have already put in stays yours either way.
What is the catch with a free beta?+
It is genuinely early. Features change, some are rough, and you may hit the occasional bug. In exchange you get everything at no cost and your feedback shapes what gets built next.
Is my portfolio data safe?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. We're GDPR compliant and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
What brokers are supported?+
None are connected live yet. You add holdings yourself — either typed in (ticker, shares, average price) or by uploading a Trading 212 CSV export, which works your positions out for you. A direct Trading 212 connection is being built and will be announced when it actually works; we would rather not put a date on it.
How does the stock analysis work?+
Every stock gets a scorecard computed from its reported fundamentals — momentum, value, quality, growth, safety and income, each scored 0–100 with the underlying figures shown so you can check them. Major holdings additionally carry a written summary with catalysts and risks, produced with Claude AI (by Anthropic) from those same fundamentals. Both are for informational purposes only and are not financial advice.
