HaboFi is a personal stock portfolio tracker that provides real-time prices, news, AI-generated analysis, and financial data for informational purposes only. HaboFi is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

Nothing on HaboFi constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content — including AI analysis, analyst targets, price data, and portfolio summaries — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from HaboFi. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before investing.

You must be at least 16 years old to use HaboFi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others or use someone else's account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use HaboFi for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload our servers.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the application.
• Use automated tools to access the API endpoints at scale.

Financial data (prices, dividends, earnings, etc.) is sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance and Finnhub. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices may be delayed and should not be used for time-sensitive trading decisions.

HaboFi is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, update, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

All code, design, and content on HaboFi is owned by the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the application without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaboFi and its developer shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of HaboFi is entirely at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HaboFi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.
